Once I purchase a scene is there a recurring fee required for me to watch it? Top
Yes, you are only able to watch the clips if you are a current member. If you cancel your membership the license will expire.

What format are the movies in? Top
Movies are available in Windows Media Player format. In order to play these files, you must use Windows Media Player version 9 or higher (it is recommended that you use the latest version). Unfortunately WMV movies will not play on MAC systems.

Will the movies work on Netscape or on MAC systems? Top
No. At this moment DRM protected WMV movies are not compatible with Mac systems.

I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to save the movies? Top
You will be able to save them, but it will be EXTREMELY slow and is not advised. The files are very large and could possibly take days to download 1 file.

Why are some movies not available to download?
A few of our older movies are not available on DVD and therefore we are not able to convert them in wmv files. We will continually update the movies as I get them encoded.

Are the movies available to buy on DVD? Top
Yes! You may purchase them by going to PantyDVD.com All DVDs are $20 each with free shipping in the US.

1. Unhide system and hidden files in Windows Explorer.
2. Go to the folder where DRM files are managed by WMP (In my case, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM.) You won't see this folder unless you first do step 1.
3. Delete all files in this folder.
4. Go to http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/indivit2.htm. and click the "Upgrade" button.
5. Close out of WMP. Try your DRM-protected file(s) in WMP again. If it doesn't work still, try restarting the computer.

Login Problems

The system will not accept my login Top

  • Logins are CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please make sure you enter it exactly as you did when signing up. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.
  • Please make sure you login from the Main Page here. Trying to login from bookmarked pages may cause problems.
  • If you are certain that your login is correct it may be due to another reason. To check whether your subscription is active please go to the CCBill Customer Service Center. Your subscription may have been canceled due to a failed rebill.

My Login has been blocked after entering it several times Top
If you have entered an incorrect login repeatedly, our security system will have placed a temporary block on your computer. This block will only last 3 hours. If this has happened it is because your login is incorrect please refer to 'The system will not accept my login' above.

I am receiving a message saying that my login has been locked. Top
In order to prevent shared or stolen logins, our security system detects usernames that are used from different computer IP addresses. If your login has been blocked it may be because of this. If you feel that the lock has occurred due to no fault of your own, please email us so that we may look into the matter. If your login is being used by other users we will have to change your login.
